Forecasts performed using Facebook's Prophet code.

"Prophet is a procedure for forecasting time series data based on an additive model where non-linear trends are fit with yearly, weekly, and daily seasonality, plus holiday effects. It works best with time series that have strong seasonal effects and several seasons of historical data. Prophet is robust to missing data and shifts in the trend, and typically handles outliers well.

Source data is normally-collected interface stats from RRD files using campus connector interfaces where possible. Where there are multiple interfaces to consider (typical) interface values are summed prior to prediction. Unless noted, graphs represent traffic TO the campus and ignores DR, VPN, etc. traffic. A separate link is provided representing all bits at the general location. Note that legend does not show *all* links that were summed prior to prediction, refer to input RRD list at bottom of page for all interfaces for a campus.

Uncertainty interval (light blue) is 80%, predictions based on 99%-ile of weekly data from RRD max values.
